I look for style inspiration in many places and one way I do so is through style influencers in my local area. I've been following Jahna Peloquin's career since long before influencers took over my Instagram feed, so I knew it was a perfect fit to partner with her as a Julieta brand ambassador. I wanted to get her take on upcoming trends, style obsessions and where she gets her own style inspiration, and you can read all about it below.

Describe your style in three words.
Eclectic, Non-conformist, Nostalgic
Where do you find style inspiration?
I find inspiration everywhere I look, from vintage fashion ads on Pinterest to unusual color combinations I see out in the world. I also take a lot of inspiration from fashion pieces themselves—I'll find a pillowcase and think, Wow, that would make a great top! Often, I'll use one particular pieces as a jumping off point to build an outfit around.
I'd have to say it's a three-way tie between Bonnie Cashin for her genius innovations, Elsa Schiaparelli for her imagination and irreverence, and Alexander McQueen for his sheer artistry and renegade attitude.
Favorite places to shop?
I personally love to shop at vintage stores and estate sales. I love the thrill of the hunt—you never know what you'll find!—and finding pieces from bygone eras that feel like they can still be worn in a modern way

What are you shopping for this spring?
Colorful pants and skirts—both in monochrome and bold patterns! And always, always on the hunt for beautiful shoes.
Hand dyeing! I've had some pieces in my closet I wasn't wearing because I wasn't in love with the color, and I'm gravitating toward bolder, juicier shades lately. I've also been thrifting basic white pieces and dyeing them bright shades. It just looks more fashion forward and keeps things from looking too basic.
What’s one thing every woman should have in her closet?
A black leather biker jacket never goes out of style, and is a staple in my wardrobe 3 seasons of the year. It has an edge while looking luxe, and can take you anywhere from a fashion show to a dive bar
Favorite Julieta style and why?
I love my Julieta "Sevilla
" leather pumps. They're not only stylish and go with everything from jeans to dresses, they're incredibly comfortable, classic, and high quality. I liken them to a more "grown up" version of the ballet flats I used to wear everywhere. I truly believe they will stand the test of time and be a staple in my closet for years to come!
