  • Do you ship outside Spain?

    Yes, Julieta Barcelona can ship internationally. We offer complimentary Fedex Shipping on all orders delivered within the 48 hours Please allow 3-6 business days for all orders, 6-7 business days for UK orders.

    Expedited shipping within the 48 contiguous Spain is available on orders placed before 12pm Madrid (GMT+2) (Noon). All expedited shipping orders placed after 12pm Madrid (GMT+2). Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us at customerservice@julietabarcelona.com as soon as possible. After the order has been prepared for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled. No cancellations are possible for personalized products which we customize expressly according to your wish.

    For security reasons we cannot change the items in your order or the shipping and billing address. If you notice any mistakes or need to request minor modifications, please let us know and we will do our best to provide assistance.   • What is returnable?

    SHOES:

    At Julieta, we strive to bring you comfort, quality and craftsmanship, but we do understand that sometimes the fit or style wasn't exactly what you expected. We are pleased to accept returns of new, unworn and unaltered shoes in their original packaging, protective adhesives and dust bag or accessories in unused condition with all tags attached.     BAGS & ACCESSORIES:

    Obviously, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will gladly accept returns or exchanges of defective merchandise with original packaging and tags attached up to 14 days from date shipment was received.   • What if I find a defect?

    We guarantee that our products are free from defects and are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped. Should you receive a defective pair upon arrival, please contact at customerservice@julietabarcelona.com

  • Do you offer exchanges?

    Yes, we offer free shipping on exchanges to help you get the perfect pair of Julieta shoes. Unworn shoes may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. For more information go to our returns and exchanges policy.

  • How long will it takes to ship my bag?

    Bags are personalized and handcrafted just for you, so it will take around 15 working days to receive your unique Julieta Barcelona handbag. For more information please go to our shipping and delivery policy.

  • When will I see my refund?

    Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receipt. There are no refunds for expedited shipping and handling costs.
