Our products have a 2 year warranty. Our products are manufactured with the highest quality materials and under the highest standards.

All of our products are inspected by our artisans prior to being shipped. We would like to encourage you to contact us at customerservice@julietabarcelona.com if you have any concerns about the quality of your order.

Julieta Barcelona is not responsible for any damage created by improper use of or negligence to our products.

Products created by special order and/or with personalization are not eligible to be returned.

Products purchased with discounts are available for or size exchanges but not for refunds. Please check your Shoe Size carefully or ask us at customerservice@julietabarcelona.com if you have some questions.

The following are the requisites to proceed with a successful return:

1.     Returns must be made withing 60 days from arrival of the article

2.     The return is free of charge to the customer.

3.     Send an email to customerservice@julietabarcelona.com to request a return. We will provide you with a return label.

4.     Articles must be returned with the original box and be free of any sign of usage. Shoes must have the protecting film on the sole intact. Handbags and accessories must be returned with their protective dust cover bag.

5.     Once the merchandise passes inspection, the customer will be notified via email that the return has been approved.

6.     Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase.

7.     Most refunds are processed within 2 business days but depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 15 days to be accounted in your bank statement.

8.     Return merchandise not meeting the above requirements will be sent back to the customer address with a shipping charge to the customer.
