We offer complimentary UPS Ground Shipping on all orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States. Please allow 3-6 business days for all orders.
Expedited shipping within the 48 contiguous United States is available on orders placed before 12pm (Noon) Central Time. All expedited shipping orders placed after 12pm (Noon) Central Time or on the weekends will be shipped the next business day.

Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time Julieta does not ship internationally.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We are unable to ship to PO box addresses.
Will I have to sign for my package?
You will not have to sign for your package to be delivered.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Julieta, we strive to give you the most comfortable high heels, but we do understand that sometimes the fit or style wasn't exactly what you expected. We are pleased to accept returns of new, unworn and unaltered shoes in their original packaging and dust bag. All returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. Prior to shipping, please contact us at email@example.com.

What is returnable?
Unworn shoes may be returned within 14 days of delivery. If a returned product shows any signs of wear, it will be sent back to the original shipping address and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file associated with the purchase.
What if I find a defect?
We guarantee our shoes to be free of defects. Should you receive a defective pair upon arrival, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer free shipping on exchanges to help you get the perfect pair of Julieta shoes. Unworn shoes may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
When will I see my refund?
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receipt. There are no refunds for expedited shipping and handling costs.
